TODD WHATLEY JOINS WILSON+MILLER, PLLC
Jennifer Wilson-Harvey and Stan Miller are pleased to announce the expansion of Wilson+Miller, PLLC into Northwest Arkansas, and the addition of Estate and Elder Law expert Todd Whatley to their organization.
Todd Whatley is a premier industry leader who provides eldercare legal counsel for clients who specifically need Medicaid or VA benefits.
Todd Whatley is a licensed insurance agent and Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) with 20 years of experience as an attorney. He is Past President of the National Elder Law Foundation, the ABA approved organization to certify attorneys nationally as Certified Elder Law Attorneys.
He has created, managed and sold 3 law firms in Arkansas. He is of Counsel with a number of law firms across the country and is a national speaker and educator on Elder Law issues.
The Wilson+Miller, PLLC office is located in Bentonville, and will be serving all of Northwest Arkansas including the Bentonville, Rogers, Fayetteville, and Bella Vista areas.

The business support operations will be headquartered in Little Rock and will, over time, utilize the six office locations of The Wilson Law Group in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi as well as other locations.
