Mr. Neder is an attorney in the Bankruptcy Legal Department at Wilson & Associates, PLLC. He is a Chattanooga native with strong ties to the Chattanooga community and Bar. He received his undergraduate education from Flagler College where he graduated summa cum laude. (B.A., 2002). He earned his law degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law School where he graduated magna cum laude and was an articles editor for the distinguished Journal of Space Law, which is the world’s oldest journal devoted to the topic (J.D., 2009). He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2009. He is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. He is a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. He is also very active in his community, having previously served as the Sergeant-At-Arms of the downtown chapter of the Chattanooga Sertoma Club, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for those at risk or impacted by hearing loss. He currently serves on the Young Leaders’ Generosity Council of the Generosity Trust, which is a non-profit charity bank headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee that makes giving to other non-profits simpler for donors. Mr. Neder has represented clients in a variety of practice areas, but his primary area of practice is bankruptcy law.
