The Wilson Law Group is in search of a Receptionist who will be primarily responsible for greeting clients and visitors. Additional responsibilities include contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones, routing calls and performing light administrative duties, as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.
Front desk employees are often the first employee that visitors come into contact with, so the candidate will be responsible for leaving a good first impression for the Firm. Professional appearance and interpersonal skills is a must.
Status: Full Time, M-F, 8-5 (Non Exempt)
Candidate will be required to successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
