The Firm is currently in search of a qualified Legal Assistant to assist in our Estate Planning & Elder Care Practice.  The Legal Assistant position is responsible for entering and processing client data, preparing legal documents for review, filing confidential information and assisting staff with various projects and administrative tasks.

Required Education and Experience

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. 1-3 years of legal experience
3. 1-3 years of administrative support experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

1. Bilingual, a plus.
2. Associates or Bachelor’s Degree.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities will be evaluated on an individual basis.
